4. Adventure Progress & Strategy
All game progress, strategic achievements, unlocked content, and world discoveries are for your personal use. These have no monetary value and cannot be transferred or sold. We reserve the right to maintain game balance through strategic adjustments and content updates.

5. Service Availability
We strive to maintain accessible adventure experiences but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or world expansions that temporarily affect availability.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties
OUR ADVENTURE GAMES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITH A FOCUS ON STRATEGIC DEPTH AND IMMERSIVE EXPERIENCES. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT ALL STRATEGIC SYSTEMS OR ADVENTURE ELEMENTS WILL FUNCTION IDENTICALLY ACROSS ALL DEVICES AND BROWSERS.

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REXION.XYZ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR ADVENTURE GAMES OR SERVICES.
